Returns & Exchanges

     We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging for the following:

•      Wrong item delivered
  
•       Defective item

     To return or exchange your order, please contact us at Contact Page with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. In case of item defect, please attach photos of the defect item. We will guide you through the process afterwards. Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 - 10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. 
     In case of exchange, exchange will be allowed for different sizes or colors for the same item, subject to availability.
     For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or damaged items
